  • Uncommon; usually moderately differentiated
  • Similar to nasal or conjunctival squamous cell carcinoma
  • Often spreads along surfaces as well as infiltrating
  • Lung is most common site for metastases, then bone and remote viscera

  • Often papillary projections into lumen
