  • Very uncommon
  • Usually mature elements with benign behavior

  • Mature squamous epithelium resembling skin with sebaceous glands and hair
  • Bone, cartilage, lymphoid tissue, choroid plexus and ganglion cells
  • Immature elements are very rare
