Clinical Pathologist / Transfusion Medicine Specialist

quality of life that only northern New England has to offer! We are seeking a Board-certified CP Pathologist with subspecialty training and/or experience in transfusion
medicine to join our thriving private practice serving Southern Maine. The successful
candidate will be based in one of our tertiary care medical centers with very active
programs in cardiac surgery, trauma surgery, surgical oncology, vascular surgery, high-risk obstetrics, hematology/oncology and intensive care of cardiac, adult
medical/surgical, pediatric and neonatal patients. In addition to serving as the associate
medical director of the transfusion medicine service, there are expectations for
involvement in an active coagulation consultative service as well as in the practice of
general clinical pathology. Teaching and research opportunities are also available.
This is a highly-compensated, full time position located in the Southern Maine area.
